How Much Does Click & Collect Cost?

The Total Diy Click & Collect service is a FREE service, so all you pay is the price of your items.


How Do I Use Click & Collect?

Simply add items to your cart on and from the checkout choose our Click & Collect option. Enter your payment details on our checkout and place your order. You will receive an email confirming your order is being processed. You will receive a second email that your order is ‘ready for collection’ at which point you can then visit Total Diy in Kilcoole Co. Wicklow to collect.


Can someone else collect for me?

Yes you can nominate someone to collect your items at Total Diy in Kilcoole just contact us or click here with order details and the name of the person you would like to collect. The person collecting must have ID and sign for the Items at the store, we may contact you to confirm when they arrive.


What Happens If My Ordered Item(s) are Not Available?

On the rare occasion that an item is not available we will contact you to discuss your order.


Can I Cancel My Order (or) Click & Collect Order?

If you contact Total DIY before your order is processed we will be able to cancel the order for you.

Any order fully processed for collection or delivery may incur a restocking fee up to 15% at the discretion of Total Diy.

Any special order items may not be available to cancel (or) may incur a restocking fee.


When Can I Collect My Shopping?

Orders can be collected from Total Diy in Kilcoole Co. Wicklow during business hours click here. You will have two days from the ‘ready for collection’ email sent to collect your order. Any order not collected within the time period without contacting the store may incur a restocking fee. Remember you only visit the store once you have received the 2nd email confirming your order is ‘ready for collection’.
