Arc External Grade Decorators Filler is a one part emulsion material which sets upon exposure to the atmosphere and forms a durable flexible seal. Arc External Grade Decorators Filler may be used internally or externally and contains a fungicide to discourage mould growth. Sealing gaps around window and door frames. Sealing/Filling gaps in skirting boards and coving. Sealing/Filling gaps in plasterboard. Arc External Grade Decorators Filler can be easily painted or papered over making it an ideal all purpose sealant/filler when decorating. General Sealing/Filling of internal and external fixtures.

APPLICATION GUIDE
Surfaces must be clean and free from loose material, standing water or contaminants
which otherwise may impair the bond. Non-porous surfaces such as aluminium should be
cleaned with a suitable product. For application where some movement will be exhibited
i.e. construction joints, the minimum joint dimensions should be 6mm x 6mm with the
maximum dimensions being 25mm wide by 12mm deep. Where deeper joints are found,
depth can be reduced using a suitable backer rod. Areas of perimeter pointing where a fillet
is to be applied, the minimum measurement across must be 10mm with a minimum depth
of 6mm. If conditions are suitable for application ensure joints are properly prepared, and
apply filler firmly into the joint using an application gun. Ensure a good solid fill is achieved.
Once applied, filler can be tooled to required finish. A degree of natural shrinkage will occur
as a result of drying so it is advisable to apply the filler slightly proud of the required level to
allow for this. Surrounding surface and tools can be cleaned with water.

LIMITATIONS
Arc External Grade Decorators Filler should not be applied at temperatures below 5oC, or in areas of constant water immersion.
