Bostik Flexacryl roof repair waterproofing is suitable for flat and pitched roof surfaces, guttering, flashings, skylights, valleys and chimney joints. Its brushable, trowellable consistency makes it easy to apply with standard brushes or a stiff roller, and the grey finish provides a clean, uniform appearance after curing. If the repaired surface will be subject to heavy foot traffic or placed objects, apply promenade tiles or a suitable protective covering over the fully cured coating.
Coverage is approximately 1–2kg per m² depending on surface porosity. Stir thoroughly before use and ensure adequate ventilation during application. The 2.5kg tin is suited to patch repairs and targeted maintenance tasks on domestic and light commercial roofs.
