Dryseal Owl Clear Water Repellant is a colourless water repellent sealant for porous masonry — brick, render, sandstone, concrete and natural stone. It penetrates the surface and forms a hydrophobic barrier that keeps wind-driven rain out while still allowing the wall to breathe.

Apply only to clean, dry masonry on a dry day with several dry hours forecast for cure. Brush off loose surface dust and treat any algae or mould first with a suitable cleaner. Work top-to-bottom on each section, applying the second coat while the first is still wet so the product can penetrate fully.
This product is the right water repellent sealant for older Irish housing with porous brick or sand-cement render where rain saturation drives damp through to internal walls. Pair with internal damp-proofing work where the wall has already absorbed moisture. Keep the bottle tightly sealed between coats and store frost-free. Pair with traditional repointing or render repair where the wall surface is already damaged — the sealant works best on sound substrates.
