About this product
Description
The Ani Plast Flexible Waste Trap is a polypropylene basin waste trap with compression outlets and a flexible outlet pipe that adjusts to fit varying pipe runs. It gives installers extra room to manoeuvre when the waste pipe does not line up perfectly, making it a practical choice for domestic repair, maintenance, and improvement work on basins.
Key features
- Manufactured in polypropylene — lightweight, corrosion-proof, resistant to most household chemicals, and easy to cut to length on site
- Compression outlets — connect securely to standard plastic waste pipe using a nut and sealing washer at each joint, with no solvent weld required
- Flexible outlet pipe — takes up misalignment between the basin waste and the wall or floor outlet
- Domestic repair and maintenance use — suited to repair, maintenance, and improvement work on basins
- Two sizes available — match your existing pipework from the options above
| Material | Polypropylene |
| Outlet | Compression fitting for standard plastic waste pipe |
| Design | Flexible outlet pipe for pipe-run misalignment |
| Application | Domestic basin repair, maintenance, and improvement |
This flexible waste trap is ideal for basin replacements where the new waste pipe does not sit in exactly the same position as the old one, and it is equally suitable for general bathroom and cloakroom maintenance work. The flexible outlet also helps when working in a tight cabinet or under-sink cupboard, where a rigid trap would be difficult to align. Choose the size that matches your existing pipework from the options above. If you are fitting a new basin in an older property, the flexible pipework makes it far easier to connect without cutting or repositioning existing pipe.
