About this product
Description
Jovati Pink Mineral is a vitaminised pink mineral for pigeon lofts, blending vitamins, trace elements and minerals into a fine powder that pigeons readily take to. It is designed to sit in a pot in the loft alongside the daily feed, topping up nutrients that ordinary grain and pellets do not fully provide, particularly during breeding and moulting. Choose your size from the options above.
Key features
- Blends vitamins, trace elements and minerals into one powder supplement
- Formulated to support pigeons through the breeding and moulting periods
- Fine powder form mixes easily through feed or sits loose in a pot
- Made by Jovati, a Belgian racing-pigeon supplement specialist
| Property | Detail |
|---|---|
| Form | Fine mineral powder |
| Contains | Vitamins, trace elements and minerals |
| Feeding rate | Roughly two tablespoons mixed per kilo of feed, or left loose in a pot |
| Frequency | Up to three times a week during breeding and moulting; once a week once racing is under way |
Suitable as a pink mineral for pigeon fanciers who want one simple mineral top-up rather than juggling several separate supplements. Ideal for free-access feeding in a small pot, or mixed straight through the daily ration. If you are preparing birds for the breeding or moulting period, step up feeding frequency; cut back once racing is under way.
Made by Jovati, a Belgian specialist in racing-pigeon supplements, this powder should be renewed regularly and kept away from damp, since moisture spoils the mixture and pigeons will not take to a caked or clumped powder. Keep the lid closed between feeds so the powder stays dry, free-flowing and appealing to the birds.
Please refer to the product packaging for full feeding guidance. For further advice, contact Total DIY on 01 201 8798 or visit us in Kilcoole, Co. Wicklow.
